Best SMM Panel for Telegram in India (2026): Members, Premium Members & Real Prices

Best SMM Panel for Telegram in India (2026): Members, Premium Members & Real Prices

Telegram is one of the biggest apps in India. Founder Pavel Durov said in March 2025 that Telegram had passed 1 billion monthly active users worldwide. In June 2026, he said a temporary ban in India had hit more than 150 million Telegram users in the country.

That same month, India blocked Telegram for a week. If you run a channel, or plan to grow one with an SMM panel, both facts matter. This guide covers what happened, how Telegram growth works, and what each Telegram service on our panel really costs.

All prices are from the EasyToPromo services page on 31 October 2026. Our panel prices in US dollars, so we converted them at ₹95 per $1 and rounded.

What Changed for Telegram in India in 2026

On 16 June 2026, the government blocked Telegram across India under Section 69A of the IT Act. It came after the NEET-UG 2026 exam was cancelled over a suspected paper leak. The government accused Telegram of failing to act against channels that claimed to sell the leaked paper to students.

  • 16 June: Telegram blocked nationwide, including the web version.

  • 19 June: The Delhi High Court refused to set aside the block.

  • 22 June: The block ended as planned. The app was back on Google Play on 23 June.

  • 30 June: A separate limit on editing messages ended.

What this means for channel owners

  1. Keep your channel clean. The block was triggered by channels sharing leaked exam papers. Channels with illegal content put everyone at risk.

  2. Do not rely on one app. Keep a second place to reach your audience, such as a WhatsApp channel, Instagram page or email list.

  3. Pause paid growth during disruptions. Orders placed while an app is blocked can stall or fail. Wait until things are stable.

How Telegram Channels Grow

Telegram works differently from Instagram or YouTube. These rules from Telegram's own help pages shape which services are worth buying.

  • No subscriber limit. A channel can have unlimited subscribers. Owners can add only the first 200 people directly. Everyone else joins through a link or search.

  • Groups have a limit. A group can hold up to 200,000 members.

  • Every post shows a view count. It also counts views of forwarded copies. If someone returns to a post after about four days, Telegram counts them again.

  • Telegram suggests similar channels. Since December 2023, joining a channel shows suggestions for similar ones. This gives channels another way to be found.

  • 1,000 subscribers unlocks ad income. Since March 2024, owners of public channels with at least 1,000 subscribers can get 50% of the ad revenue from their channel.

  • Fans can pay you directly. Since August 2024, channels can accept Star reactions and run paid monthly subscriptions.

Because every post shows views, a channel with 20,000 members and 150 views looks dead. Real readers notice, and so do advertisers.

Telegram Members: Real Prices by Refill Period

The key point: a full year of refill cover costs about twice as much as 30 days, but protects you 12 times longer. For any channel you plan to keep, the 365-day option is usually better value.

Non-drop members

Our non-drop member services cost more, because they aim to keep losses low between refills.

Indian Telegram Members

If your channel posts in Hindi, shares Indian deals, or targets Indian students or traders, Indian members fit better. Running a trading or token community? Our guide to growing crypto and Web3 Telegram groups covers what works for that niche.

Indian members with a 30-day refill cost about five times more than standard members with the same refill. Use them where location matters, and standard members where it does not.

Premium Members and Boosts

Premium members come from accounts that pay for Telegram Premium. They cost much more than standard members:

Why pay more? Only Premium users can boost a channel. Boosts raise your channel's level, and each boost allows one extra story per day. Higher levels unlock custom colours, emoji status and, at the top levels, the option to turn off ads for your readers.

We also sell Premium members bundled with post views, from about ₹173 per 1,000 with a short refill to ₹593 with a 30-day refill.

Services to Stay Away From

Some Telegram growth services cross the line into abuse. Avoid these anywhere:

  • Clicks on a rival's ads. Using fake clicks to drain a competitor's ad budget is ad fraud.

  • Fake referral sign-ups. Starting bots with fake accounts to claim referral rewards cheats the bot owner.

  • Giveaway refund schemes. Telegram's terms say channels that run giveaways later refunded through third parties can be labelled as scams, removed from search and lose the subscribers they gained.

  • Spam messaging. Telegram's terms ban using the app to spam or scam people.

How to Order Telegram Services Safely

  1. Use a public link for public channels. For private groups, check the service supports invite links before ordering.

  2. Do not change your link mid-order. Changing your username or resetting an invite link can stop delivery and void the refill.

  3. Spread big orders out. Use drip-feed delivery to add members over several days.

  4. Add views with members. Keep your view counts in step with your member count.

  5. Keep posting. Two or more useful posts a day give real readers a reason to stay. Our Telegram channel growth guide for India has more ideas.

  6. Never share your login code. We only need your channel or group link.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Telegram banned in India?

No. India blocked Telegram from 16 to 22 June 2026, linked to the NEET-UG paper leak. Access was restored after that, and the app was back on Google Play on 23 June.

How much do 1,000 Telegram members cost?

On our panel, standard members with a 30-day refill cost about ₹16 per 1,000. A 365-day refill costs about ₹32, and Indian members with a 30-day refill cost about ₹75.

Can bought members help me earn from Telegram ads?

Telegram's ad revenue sharing needs at least 1,000 subscribers on a public channel. Ad income depends on real people seeing ads, though, so a channel with no real readers will earn very little.

Why are Premium members so expensive?

They come from accounts that pay for Telegram Premium, and they can boost your channel. That makes them harder to supply than standard members.

Will Telegram remove bought members?

Telegram's terms focus on spam, scams and illegal content. Members can still drop over time, which is why we recommend services with a refill.
